NHS Tayside School Nursing Service

School Nurses across NHS Tayside,(Perth & Kinross, Angus and Dundee) work with school age children and young people who have been referred into the service. They offer support around various issues including substance misuse, emotional health, sexual health and abuse. The School Nurse referral form can be completed for any child, young person or family wishing to access support by a teacher in the school. Young people over the age of 12 years can also self- refer into the service.
